How many calls is too many!!!!

Why did I make the TERRIBLE mistake of not giving out my fake number and fake name!!! NOw I am in a bind. Poor chap caught me when I was havinga bad day and just felt, what the hay, why not? I'll tell you why not, cuz most of these dudes are CRAZY. Does it make sense that between 9 and 10:30, I received 12 calls from this fool!!!!!!!!! And then 2 in the morning. ALL BECAUSE I FINALLY ANSWERED YOUR PHONE CALLS AFTER A WEEK!!!! Now, I am going to be forced to put out the sharp tongue IB and calmly, yet sternly tell him to HIT the F-ING road Jack!!! Plus he is easily 10 years older than me, and I just can't be bothered. When you just get out of a relationship some people delve right into the dating world. Well, not me. I am starting to get used to being by myself again.

GUARD YOUR HEART

Guard your hearts because once you have given it all, you can never get it all back. Love is not something to be played with and it definitely isn't something to enter into blindly. But remember that life goes on, and yours will too. You are blessed and highly favored, and only excellence and the best will come to you. Don't try to change God's hand, listen to his whisper no matter how quiet. Becaue eventually it will become a deafening roar and by that time, it hurts to much to ignore. Does anybody remember the Talking Whiz Kid!?!???

I know that I am only 24, but for some reason, NOBODY remembers the Talking Whiz Kid, if I played with it, and I didn't grow up rich. How is that nobody has heard of it??? It was like the first kid's laptop that you inserted a card. And then when you were able to hit certain keys so that you didnt' even need the cards you could play all kinds of games. MY favorite was Hangman, but there were plenty of others.

This was somebody else's memory of the Talking Whiz kid. Once again, HOW CAN YOU NOT REMEMBER THE TALKING WHIZ KID!!!!!!

A computer like game where you placed cards into the window on the right and you could play different games for math, spelling, geography. I remember how hard it was to find and my dad driving me 45 minutes to get one on Christmas. I loved that thing. It came out in 1986. picture~~>

ARRIVAL AWARDS

SO I went to an awards show tonight called the arrival awards that my schools Immigration Clinic sponsors. It was GREAT. We celebrated "immigrant achievement and supporting the important work of the Immigration Clinic at the UH Law Center. This year’s honorees include Dr. Nancy Chang of Tanox, Inc.; Celina Fein; and Chris K. Wilmot of WCW International, Inc." There were only like 5 of us from 20 students in the clinic that went. Dr. Chang was great, and Mr. Wilmot was a Ghanaian who I already dropped my resume at his company email, but Mrs. Fein was wonderful. She is a TINY woman, maybe 4'10 but her voice and spirit are SO large she was a holocause survivor and there were two things that she said that brought tears to my eyes.1. How can you know true freedom until you have lost it all2. She was looking at the pictures of her accomplishments and all of her grandchildren and said in an authoritative voice "THESE ARE MY VICTORIES OVER THE EVILS OF HITLER" and the screen went off. IT was WONDERFUL.Well here is a picture of the clinic students. Somehow I look REALLY tall, but I think it was because I was closest to the camera. ANywho...

Alright somewhere along the way, I deleted everything that I said before, but ladies and gentlemen, you are looking into the face of a facebook junkie. I don'tknow how or when it happened since I only just started on January twentysomething. But NOW I check it ALL the time. I was already heavily addicted to chocolatebrides.com from the time that I was planning a wedding. Not doing that anymore. It is already clear that my blog will suffer the greatest harm from these addictions.
